ながらに describes a state that remains as it is while something else happens. Attach it to a noun or a verb's masu-stem (涙ながらに, 生まれながらに). The modifying form is ながらの. It conveys doing something in an unchanged condition.
Examples
はながらに、のをた。 Kanojo wa namida nagara ni, touji no hanashi o shita.
She told the story of that time in tears.
はながらのをて。 Kono machi wa mukashi nagara no fuukei o nokoshite iru.
This town preserves its old-time scenery.
