This humble form lowers your own action to show respect to the listener. Put a verb's masu-stem between お and する (持つ to お持ちする). Some verbs have special humble forms (言う to 申す, する to いたす, 見る to 拝見する). Use it when serving or speaking to a superior.
Examples
おをおます。 Onimotsu o omochi shimasu.
I'll carry your luggage.
ごます。 Nochihodo gorenraku itashimasu.
I'll contact you later.
