Replace masu with mashou to suggest doing something together: ikimashou means let's go. Mashou ka turns it into a question, either offering help (shall I?) or proposing a joint action (shall we?). It accepts an invitation made with masen ka.
Examples
にをましょう。 Issho ni hirugohan o tabemashou.
Let's have lunch together.
をましょうか。 Mado o akemashou ka.
Shall I open the window?
